We are seeking refineries with a minimum processing capability of 100K BPD. The refineries must be operational, upgraded and in excellent condition. We have access to crude oil and will provide the necessary funds to purchase and supply the crude oil under a processing agreement. We are also interested in acquisition of oil refineries with a minimum crude processing capacity of 200K+ BPD.
