Mr. Eli Wilner - Advisory Board
Mr. Eli Wilner has established a respected position in the art world via his antique framing company, Eli Wilner & Company. For the past 35 years, he has developed relationships with sophisticated art collectors, museums and institutions throughout the world. His firm has framed 28 projects for the White House, and was selected to re-create the lost original frame for Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emmanuel Leutze for The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mr. Wilner is the author of the books Antique American Frames: Identification and Price Guide, published by Harper Collins, and The Gilded Edge, published by Chronicle Books.
Mr. Wilner is a private equity investor, and currently has positions in Airbiquity and Palantir. From 2000 until 2009, he served as the Chairman of a publicly traded biotech company in Yonkers, New York, during which time he was successful in raising over US$17 million.
Mr. Wilner serves on the advisory boards of the New York Art Academy, the Archives of American Art, and 1000Museums. He is also a member of the Art Advisory Board of HighTower HSW Advisors, and a member of The William Society of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
In the last 3 years, Mr. Wilner has been involved in sourcing, financing and structuring of numerous petroleum, energy infrastructure and industrial projects and also non-energy commodities like pharmaceutical and agricultural products, gold and diamonds. Mr. Wilner has been a valued member of our advisory board.
